At Lincoln Loft, our range of Reformer Pilates classes are tailored to meet a range of fitness goals, ages and abilities. Each class style offers a distinct Pilates experience, whether you want to sculpt, burn, or elevate your fitness. With options for teens, over 65’s and private classes for the lads, we have something suited to everyone, no matter where you are on your reformer pilates journey.

Our Reformer Pilates Classes

Elevate

Elevate Reformer focuses on strengthening your core, activating stabilising muscles, and improving mobility. This class targets the often-neglected muscles that are key for injury prevention and overall movement efficiency.

Through deep muscle activation and stretching, Elevate Reformer is ideal for those who want to complement other forms of training, like gym sessions, running, or sports activities. With an emphasis on functional movement, you'll improve balance, stability, and flexibility, ensuring that you're moving at your best and reducing the risk of injury.

This class is perfect for beginners and those wanting to improve performance and feel strong in all areas of their life.

Sculpt

Sculpt Reformer is a full-body workout that combines the principles of traditional Reformer Pilates with strength and endurance training. Using the Reformer machine, you'll move through a series of controlled exercises that target and tone every major muscle group.

This class focuses on building core strength, improving flexibility, and enhancing muscle activation, helping you develop better posture and a leaner physique.

Our 4-week program offers a progressive approach, allowing you to track your progress and build consistency. Whether you’re new to Pilates or an experienced practitioner, this program is designed to help you build functional strength and achieve a sculpted, balanced body with a clear path to improvement.

Burn

This high-intensity class will have you feeling the burn! Burn Reformer blends low-impact plyometric exercises on the bounce board with traditional Reformer Pilates movements to get your heart rate up and your muscles firing.

The bounce board adds a fun cardio element, making it a great combo of muscle-sculpting and fat-burning exercises. You'll challenge your strength, improve your cardiovascular fitness, and leave the class feeling energised and strong.

Perfect for those looking to push their limits while still maintaining a low-impact workout.

Brolates

Brolates is a reformer pilates class exclusively designed for men, focusing on enhancing core strength, flexibility, posture, and overall fitness in a supportive and inclusive environment.

This class combines the fundamental principles of pilates with exercises tailored to men’s unique physiological needs, often emphasising areas like hamstring flexibility, shoulder mobility, and back stability, which can be common problem areas.

Silver Springs

Our Silver Springs reformer pilates classes are designed specifically for 65+, with a focus on improving balance, mobility and flexibility in a supportive environment surrounded by your peers.

Our lovely instructors can tailor the movement to suit your range of motion and abilities, and will help you strengthen your body, improve your flexibility and help establish better balance - giving you confidence in your movement as you enjoy your golden years.

PilaTEENs

Suitable for boys and girls aged 11-16, our 50 minute Pilateens classes are a great way for teenagers to try reformer pilates and get movement into their week in a fun, supportive environment amongst their peers.

Our qualified instructors can tailor movements to individual abilities, encouraging healthy movement and building good habits early.

PilaTEENs runs each school term for 10-11 weeks - with one class a week on Thursday’s at 4pm.
