Reformer Pilates for Teens

Pilateens is Lincoln Loft’s Reformer Pilates programme designed specifically for teenagers. These small, 45 minute group classes introduce young people to safe, structured movement while helping them build strength, coordination, and confidence in how their body moves.

Our focus isn’t just exercise — it’s about creating a positive relationship with movement that supports teens through growth, sport, school, and everyday life.

STARTING 5TH FEBRUARY 2026

  • Thursdays at 4pm

  • 10 classes over 10 weeks

  • Ages 11-16 | Boys and girls welcome

  • $200 for the term

What is Pilateens?

Pilateens is a guided Reformer Pilates class tailored to suit developing bodies and growing minds.

Each session focuses on:

  • Movement - learning how the body moves efficiently and safely

  • Balance - improving coordination, stability and control

  • Breathing - developing body awareness and focus

  • Strength - building core and full-body strength in a supportive way

  • Fun - in a supportive, enjoyable environment creating a love of movement

Our reformer pilates classes are taught by experienced instructors who understand the needs of younger people and prioritise correct technique, encouragement and progression at an appropriate pace.
